Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and include proof of purchase.

How to return:
Email us at sandromodzgvrishvili1@gmail.com to request a return. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:
Please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammables, or gases

  • Sale items & gift cards

Exchanges:
For faster service, return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers:
Shipments to the EU qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns within 14 days for any reason.

Refunds:
